Welcome to the Basics of Grievance Handling.  This is the first course that you will need to complete if you are interested in becoming a AFA-CWA Grievance Representative.

  • The role of the Grievance Rep
  • How to determine if a grievance should be filed
  • How to file a grievance 
  • How to help other Flight Attendants in hearings with management
